Dow™ TRYMER 2000 XP™ Insulation

• Used on all Credence Gas Services’ JT plants.
• Dow™ TRYMER 2000 XP™ has a lower K-factor than cellular glass, which is typically used in the industry.
• The lower K-factor increases the cooling effect and results in greater operational efficiency.

Gas-to-Liquid Heat Exchangers Available

• Specified Credence Gas Service’s JT plants include a gas-to-liquid heat exchanger that uses NGL’s from the cold separator to pre-cool the inlet gas for maximum results.

Hair-Pin Low-Fin Tube™ Heat Exchangers Available

• Its unique design allows 2.33 times the heat exchange per linear foot as compared to a normal shell and tube heat exchanger.
• All Hair-Pin Low-Fin Tube heat exchangers have tubes that are welded to the tube sheet rather than pressed-in which allows operations at higher pressures and substantially reduces the risk of developing a leak. As a result, many customers report maximum operating efficiency.

Uses a silicon oil filled thermal system for increased accuracy and reliability. Also measures the ambient temperature as well as product temperature for the highest level of accuracy (within 1%). As a result, many customers report maximum run time and efficiency.
